Shipping Costs

All items on ShoesByU.com include standard shipping for FREE.

More expedited shipping can be purchased. Pricing will vary depending on product. Those options will be available to add during checkout on those items.

Order Processing Time

Understand the majority of our products include customization of some sort. This means that there will be an added processing delay on each of our products. Typically, we complete the artwork requirements for your order within 48 hours of ordering.

Some items also provide an option for a mockup to be sent to the buyer for approval. Be aware that this could add additional processing time to your order. Make sure you are monitoring your email inbox for these mockup drafts for your approval. Proof approvals will be sent from shopmemoryart@gmail.com

After completing the artwork requirements and getting proof approval (if applicable), the artwork is sent to our manufacturing partners. There you should expect up to 5-7 business days for production time.

Shipping Time

After your artwork has been completed, and your manufacturing process is completed, your items is ready to ship. ShoesByU.com has several manufacturing partners around the globe. Items shipping from China and other Asian countries may take 10-15 additional business days to arrive. Some of our items will ship from United States based suppliers and those items will generally arrive within 5 business days.

Remember, as your items are customized, that means these products can’t just be pulled off a shelf and thrown in a box the same day. There are a lot of moving parts that are in place to be able to create your cool personalized item. Specifically for custom shoes, there are processes like converting artwork to print, printing the material, cutting and sewing the material, gluing the parts together, curing time for glue, packaging, and, of course, actual transit time. These things take time.

Our rush shipping typically can save you about 5 days in transit time. So, most shipping times will be reduced to 5-10 business days from the time production is completed.

Potential Delays

The most common delay to any of our orders is simply artwork/proof approval. If you have requested to approve your design before going into production, any additional delay will be dependent on how quickly you reply to our attempts to have you approve the artwork. Please keep a watchful eye on your inbox if you have placed an order. We will usually be requesting approval within 48 hours (usually much sooner).

Additionaly, there is always a risk of shipping delays due to things like natural disasters, extreme weather events, military conflicts, holidays, and other unpredictable things like pandemics.

Buyers, please note that many of our products may be produced in China. During the month of January, Chinese manufacturers shut down to allow their largely migrant work force to go back home to be with their families. This can cause major delays during this time of year. If you order from ShoesByU and your product is scheduled to be delayed because of the Chinese Lunar New Year, you will be notified and given a chance to either wait for your item, or cancel the order if needed.

We will always try to notify site visitors so there are no unexpected delays. This may be distributed in the form of emails, website banners, and in product descriptions.
